But no, that doesn't fix it, because Goodman does have a problem working with Bledsaw. He refused to do so until he found a way to cut him out of the royalties, and then worked with him only to the extent that he could be cut out. That's very different than moving ahead full steam. I think a lot of the rhetoric is chosen specifically to elide these differences. Regarding the palatability...my point is not that what Goodman is doing is good. It's fine to find it unpalatable. But I also think he's being condemned to an unfair extent. A question of degree, not kind.</blockquote>
