*Whisper, after a bit of walking around the warf, you find the Rainbow Bird, it's unusual shape and riot of colors making it stand out. As you enter, a colorful bird perched on a rafter just inside the door calls out to you.* "Welcome, welcome! You will be happy here. Here is the finest place in Mezro!" *From behind the bar a middle-aged human Chultan woman comes out to you. She's dressed in red and orange cotten, with red leather sandels on her feet. She tosses a nut to the bird, though she does a double-take at you before smiling in welcome.* "Welcome sir, how may I be of service?" *Whisper, you notice Halark talking to two Chultan men on the east side of the room. He's sitting with Dorcha, as usual, who surveys the room warily between bites of stew and fruit.* *Halark, the Chultan traders seem slightly shocked at your rather abrupt request, but you smooth it over with skill gained from years of dealing with church politics. After a moment of smoothing their ruffled feathers and politely requesting if they've heard of any need for a mage. You chat with them for a few minutes, learning that the man in yellow is Quebo, an elder silk merchant, long-established in Chult. The man in blue is Zarche, who seems to be a chief's son as well as a merchant.* "As for work Master Halark, it could be that I may be of need of the services of a mage. A certain amount of loss and delay is expected in my business, but this is rather unusual. If that has some interest to you, then perhaps we could talk further," Quebo finally says. Zarche only watches you closely, examining your reactions. Dorcha glances over at you and makes a small movement with his hand. It's a familiar sign, one that's essentially a gestural representation of Kelemvor's symbol. He's trying to remind you of your mission. *The younger serving girl nods at your request.* "We have many types sir," she says, her voice lightly accented. "We have a juice of any fruit on the table."
