Message: <blockquote data-quote="Nyaricus" data-source="post: 2601553" data-attributes="member: 35678">well, here goes . . .why i am a nerd:-i have played D&D since i was 11, and i am now 17 and 1/2 (and plan to keep it up for the rest of my life <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D"  data-smilie="8"data-shortname=":D" />)-love fantasy novels, i have always had a way above average reading level (grade 10 reading elvel in grade 5 >ie 450 page books) surprizingly enough, it took me a long time to fine Tolkien and Lord of the Rings, but i LOVE those books.-like star wars, played the RPG tied to that a few times, read many novels, and bought the 3 disc DvD when it first came out-i have various textbooks that i read for pleasure, many being the history of Europe, and i plan to have a job teaching history, though i am not sure of specifics yet (highschool, field work, etc)-play a plethora of video games, including Diablo 2, the Grand Theft Auto series, Tony Hawks Pro Skater, oldschool mario on various systems, adn on occasion, Pokemon on gameboy-speaking of Pokemon, i used to collect, adn had nearly every card in the basic set. dont really care for that now, more of a childish thing <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f61b.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":P" title="Stick out tongue    :P"  data-smilie="7"data-shortname=":P" />-and speaking of childish, i used to play with lego for hours and hours and hours and hours.-computer junkie- i have a goatee- i own many D&D books > about 40 right nowthings that take away from this:-i am a big guy, only 5'6", but i weigh in at 195 Ibs, and that is mostly muscle. most people dont try to mess with me because of that (no one picks fight with me, lol)-i am a complete metalhead, and dress the part. She was attracted to me because i look like a "bad-boy", but i am infact a closet nerd/nice guy, although i am completely open about it (my being nerdy)-i dislike anime in general and hate star trek. nuttin much else to say there-i am in good shape, like to work out, and i have a shag. heh heh-i have a massive music collection. now, this is kinda hit and miss. it is all metal and rock, and i have 120 and growing (usually get a new cd ever 3 weeks) but is that nerdy or not? meh, either way, i LOVE music-another hit or miss, i write lyrics and someday hope to front (being a singer in) a metal band. not sure if i have thje voice tho. oh well, i have fun writing lyrics.that said, i took the test, and i am a nerd. woot!
