At will- speak with animals, polymorph self. 1/day- eye bite, foresight, reverse gravity.</p><p></p><p>Skills: Kaiser dragons have the Jump skill for free at 1 rank per Hit Die.</p><p></p><p>Kaiser Dragons by age.</p><p>(See table)</p><p>*- Can also cast cleric spells and those from the Trickery, Strength, and Knowledge domains as arcane spells.</p></blockquote><p></p>
