I didn't realize until just now that Spycraft co-creator Kevin Wilson also wrote Freiburg and Montaigne for 7th Sea (two terrific supplements--even though I don't play 7th Sea, I adapted them for D&D 3e). He also did Wonders Out Of Time and Sundered Faith for D&D 3e, which I haven't checked out yet.
Freiburg really blew me away--a beautiful city box set, one of the best city settings ever created for any RPG. Montaigne gave me a lot of fun info on Renaissance "French" society, musketeers, courtly intrigue and all. And Spycraft---well, most of you probably know how much I loved that game from my previous "best d20 game ever!" thread.
...Apparently Kevin's genius didn't just spring into being from a vaccum, after all. Keep up the good work, Kevin!
