That's for dragons.

I haven't heard of that for the outsiders. This wouldn't be a good excuse because while some CR are too low (i.e Solar), others are too high (i.e. Balor).

CR for outsiders are just not very accurate.

The CR system has lots of flaws, dragons, ousiders, giants whatever.
But it's not that bad, when you consider what there was before the CR system.

I do think Balors CR are a bit lowish (maybe), but you know what makes balors strong?
You never fight just one.
They always can summon another, and you don't count the summoned one's CR or get Exp for killing,
but it still hurts when that one vorpals a ally or when it explodes.

Oh heres a question, Wonuding stops regen right?
Will it work on a Construct or Undead, with regen or at all?

Oh, I don't think it's bad. Some CRs just seem more innacurate than others, and for some reasons outsiders suffers the most from this problem.
