I could see unique Cleric ability progressions for each different deity, instead of more generic Domains that all gods share. It would take more work but it would be more rewarding. We actually did something like that in our last campaign, building specialty Clerics for different gods by mixing and matching Domain abilities.</p></blockquote><p></p>
