What should I call this non-player class?

An NPC:

Class Skills: The NPC's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Climb (Str), Jump (Str), Listen (Wis), Ride (Dex), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), and Use Rope (Dex).

In additional, the NPC may choose three of the following: Appraise (Int), Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Disguise (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Forgery (Int), Gather Information (Cha), Hide (Dex), Innuendo (Wis), Intimidate (Cha), Move Silently (Dex), Search (Int), and Sense Motive (Wis).

Good Saves: Ref

In all other aspects, treat as Expert class.

i'd need more information than just skills. what other sort of abilities does this class get? what sort of role do they fill in society? what sort of person would be one of these? etc. give me something that gives me a feeling to go on, and then maybe i can come up with a name. :)

PC => NPC
========
Fighter => Warrior
Sorcerer/Druid/Cleric => Adept
Rogue => ???

It's basically a lazy, scofflaw wayfarer or beggar who is too untalented or too focused on immediate gain to learn the skills of a professional thief.

His abilities are feats gained through normal level progression, and might include Leadership, Run, or any of the fighting feats.

my friend had a class in his own game, similar to this one, called a Grifter. that's the first thing that comes to mind...
