The Belt of One Mighty Blow is also in the Magic Item Compendium)</p><p></p><p>This comes to 48.5K in items.</p><p></p><p>Is there anything I'm missing? He can either cast Scorching Ray with the Empower Rod, or if in melee, cast Shield. Tough foes get True Strike + Power Attack Feat + One Mighty Blow Belt.</p><p></p><p>Beyond Core, I can use Eberron books, and PHB2.
