I missed most of the first part of this and a portion of the second part.
But, here are my thoughts:
The acting was pretty decent. None of it really made me cringe. The lighting, sound and sets were good, I didn't have to play with the contrast, light levels or volume on the remote. Make up was decent. Effects were pretty decent, CGI was a little substandard, but typical for a Sy-fy movie (and whats up with the stupid change of i for y?).
It was a pretty standard kind of story for a basic D&D adventure I thought. I liked their choice of actors and actresses as well. I liked the accents where they were placed. The bad guy's and their acting wasn't too over the top. The fight scenes were pretty good too.
I look forward to seeing this on a replay, it is one of their better ones to date.
One thing that stood out is the elves were well done and I really liked the addition of the fangs.
