Koa-toa language

once upon a time there was a great article on Koa-toa names (and other underdark races)
anyone know which issue it was in, or better what the cover looked like?

It used lots on compound words that added matching prefixes and suffixes to a root word. When I pronounced the names I used lots of gulping noises, and it fit the race perfectly. Its buried in my collection somewhere. And I would love some help finding it. Its prolly old enough to be in the CD compilation.

Dragon #281, pages 46-49.

Article by Owen Stephens on naming for a host of different underdark races. I was just using it myself a couple days ago to name a couple of Duergar.

It's not old enough to be in the CD compilation, unfortunately.

Dammit hong, you beat me to it. I might just have to go break out the old Deities & Demigods and take a gander at that hot piece o' lobster ass.
