If people have read or used this conversion, I could really use your help:

On the Realms conversion, Cult of Shar encounter:
The Sightless Reapers have a +10 to hit with the Shadow Scythe ability. Str+Level+Weapon seems to suggest a +5; assuming that the power gives a +2 to hit, that's still just +7 (3 too many points?). Blade of the Reaper should be str+level+weapon or +5, the given to hit is +8 (again 3 too many points). Am I missing something, or is it overpowered? I killed two PCs with this encounter as written yesterday, and I'm wondering now if it was fair.

Bairwin's quarterstaff basic attack looks a little high too (never used it). The Dark Servants seem a little better, but still look a point or two high.

I'll need to take a look at it (my PC's are going to run into it next game), but so far a ton of stuff in the DDI (from what I've read) have been full of errors so it wouldn't be in the realm of impossibility for it to be incorrect. A +10 to hit seems a bit high for level 1 characters as it'll hit way more than 50% of the time and these aren't solos or even elites (I don't think)

Soldiers tend to have somewhere around Level + 7 vs AC and Level + 5 vs. other defenses. Elites and solos don't get bonuses to attack, so that part doesn't matter.

Monsters don't follow the same rules as PCs.

Thanks for your answer. I pulled more books out after reading your answer, and the encounter looks well within the rules.
