(KS) d20 Gaming Wands

Only 100 wands are available as part of this Make 100 campaign tie-in that Kickstarter are currently running. Carlye Wilde, the creator of these wands, is well known on Etsy for her mandmade wants, but this is the first time she has ventured into creating magical wands for tabletop gaming.

Each of these wands will be a limited edition, with backers choosing their personal look once the campaign finishes.

d20 Gaming Wands by Wilde Wands is live on Kickstarter and runs until Sunday 11th February 2018.

Pss Thomas find the real location and we loot the magic shop while they are going to get shipping boxes!
Just having a bit of fun with this. Why would anyone actually need a physical wand as a prop while playing D&D? It is basically just a fancy stick. One does not need a suit of armor to wear at the gaming table if one wants to play D&D, costumes are optional, if one wants to dress up as the characters they are playing, that is fine, but the rules don't cover that! Maybe at gaming conventions, you might find people who dress up as their characters and need props such as magic wands.

How about fake treasure, such as coins, magic items, and costume jewelry? Maybe players can carry physical bags of the stuff, make them wear backpacks and they DM would ask the player exactly how do they plan to carry such an item? One time I thought it would be interesting to carry D&D books on a backpacking expedition, I tried having a random encounter in a forest, but the main problem was those books were heavy to carry in one's backpack, even if they were just the players handbook, the DM guide and one Monster Manual, anyway it took too much time, and it gave us something to do in a tent when it was raining and we didn't feel much like hiking in the mud. I tried it only once, but felt later that the time was better spent hiking.

I have used coins as rewards. I give out $1 Dollar Tree items as magic items. Aka Cloak of Protection equals baby bib.
