Kudos for Talon Comics

In the interest of not posting only negative comments to these boards, I want to give proper respect (and thanks) to Derek at Talon Comics.

I pre-ordered the core rulebooks from his site on Thursday, and, by a wonderful snafu via Paypal, my default bank account was charged rather than the account provided when the order was placed. I sent Derek an email last night and he had it completely resolved for me before 1:00 EST today. Now THAT is an example of service.

I can say for a certainty that in the future, I will look to Talon Comics for my gaming needs before looking anywhere else. This kind of service and level of diligence is to be rewarded AND commended.

Do you plan on adding any new D20 supplements to your site? I was looking for a few recent supplements but didn't find them.

I've ordered from Derek from the past and he has always been courteous, fast, and extremely helpful. If I wasn't supporting my FLGS, I would be ordering from Derek almost every month!

If I had to rate TalonComics on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd say just order from him already, damnit!

Especially considering the ordeal he went through this year, and managing to still come out on top, Derek is a top notch guy! If you don't order from him at least once while you haunt EN World, you are doing him a disservice.

And you can quote me on that.

Derek rocks!

I like the fact that if something is going screwey he keeps me informed (like trying to wrangle a couple of MWDA boosters for my nephews xmas present last year).

He also got me an autographed copy of Of Sound Mind

Course he is 1017 Miles Away

After several purchases I am still a happy camper.
