Kuo-Toa minis?

So anyone know of any good minis to use for Kuo-Toa? I've got another chapter of the Shackled City coming up and will need some of these puppies. I've got a few from the old D&D minis set but... they're not that good and since I can paint, metal isn't a problem.

Reaper has some kuo-toa (aka fish men or something like that) minis. I think they were a bit more fish-like a had stronger builds than the current kuo-toan D&D design.

Googles or something they're called. More sea devil than kuo-toa I think.

Reaper also has some frogmen that are very Kuo-Toan.

Rafm metals have Deep ones; Mutant fishmen and some newer deep ones with modern weapons. Reapers have "Gogglers" that should work nicly for pudgy Kua-Tua [am i the only one who imagines Kua-Tua means "Deep One"?

See if any of the Games-plus MK players have troglodites, wavespawn or Deepspawn left. Sorry, if i picked up a most of those figs already, But I have a thing for fish men. I'd offer to loan you some rebased ones as penance, but due to some issues, I may not be up by Games plus for a while.

I'd say those reaper ones are spot on.

MK trogs work to represent a fish frog man alright in a pinch

I just tend to use "anything that is green".

The Bullywugs from DDM almost make better Kuo-Toas.

(Oh, I hate the 3e depiction of kuo-toa in the MM. Give me the original illustration, any day!)

Cheers!

Blast, i new i forgot to mention something. Yea, bullywugs, thier eyes may be beady, but will do well enough. Auggie's has 2 '10 packs' left at $2.50 & 25 singles at $0.49 each.
