What can we buy in town? Do magic items have to be of your level or less? (I'd like to buy a healing potion or 2, but am only level 3). I assume you have to rp the purchase in the tavern (or outside the tavern while the fight is going on).

Betweem adventures, It happens off screen. In the adventure, just ask the DM.

Buy whatever you can afford, just keep accurate track of your income and expenses on your sheet.

i.e.

Income

250gp for adventure X (link)
350gp for adventure Y (link)

Expenses

Gadget y 300gp
2 Potion 100gp

Net cash: 200gp

Something like that.

Huh, I've always had judges just show up for my adventures and say "I'll judge this one!" so I never knew we needed to find them for ourselves.

So... I need a judge for Beyond the Rerisen Tower.

Cool, thanks ren. If you drop in the thread as a bird as you are want to do, I'd advise against showing up as a raven. The group is a little twitchy about ravens atm.

It seems like since I was here last, they added a "rarity" tag to all magic items, and not I can't buy anything not marked "Common" in the Character Builder. Are we enforcing that?

I was actually going to make a proposal earlier today that we ignore item rarity.

It actually probably my least favorite thing that's come out for 4e so far.

Ghorgor Bay is the only surviving original member of the rather deadly "Chef's Request"...the rest have all met grisly ends gathering "ingredients" for a famous Dauntonian chef.

Oh, and I hate rarity rules...
