Lair Assault and Dungeon Magazine Items

When selecting items for one's Lair Assault character, can one select items in Dungeon Magazine?

In general, yes you can. The exceptions would generally be from the "outside the bounds of 4E" material in the Unearthed Arcana columns.

All Dragon/Dungeon material should be integrated into the Character Builder and Compendium, so that's a good starting point to see if it's legal.
