I don't own it, but according to the link in the OP it was Drow of Porphyra - Karza, Children of the Loomqueen, which had "mature themes".

Are you sure? I think it's the sourcebook for the Xelusine that has adult content.

Porphyra has a ton of sourcebooks set there so Paladins of Porphyra, etc so lots of mechanical options that fit the flavor of the world. It has a neat cosmology with a decently fleshed out set of pantheons (demon lords, gods, etc.) and a number of nonstandard races and such situated in the world.

If you like Pathfinder and want lots of nonstandard content it is a good option.
