Recently we HRed the Large and in Charge Feat this way (briefly):
You must declare your intention to use LaiC before the AoO attempt.
If your AoO connect, it doesn't deal damage; instead, make an opposite check:
Attacker (the one who's using LaiC): BAB + Str + Size
Defender: BAB + Str / Dex + Size
If the attacker wins the check, the defender cannot move further this round.
Given that, even that nerfed, the feat still can allow a large creature to control the battlefield quite well, and given that, usually, large PCs take less feats than normal PCs, we wanted to introduce a feat requirement too. Still, we didn't found a feat that can introduce to LaiC that has no prereqs besides BAB and a Stat prereq and has at least little use. The only one we found was Close Quarters fighting but, given that the other Prereqs are: base Str 25, Size Large or larger, Natural reach 10+ feet, we don't think is that useful (that guy's gonna be good at resisting grapples anyway), so... ..any help will be really appreciated...
