Large Armor

The PHB says that large armor costs double, does that include enhancement bonuses? For instance, would a suit of +1 chain cost 2300[100+50(mw)+1000x2] or 1300[100+50x2+1000] gold?

Edit: Also, would adding armor spikes cost 50 gold or 100?

You wouldn't double the cost for enchanting the armor. Does the Large Greatsword cost more than the Small Dagger? Discounting the costs of the weapons themselves, nope. Same principle.
