Everyone will have rights, just not equal rights, and lawbreakers will unfortunately get their just desserts, no more and no less.Note that, for 3.5, the Gray Guard prestige class from Complete Scoundrel would be this country's "men in black," doing the dirty deeds that such a society would at times rely on, all the while being kept very hush-hush.</blockquote>
