In that, then they should only be able to be entered at 10th level. Because a lot of PrCs let you access them at 5th level. So, by the time you hit that 10th level of the PrC, you're now a 15th level character. Unless you're using the ELH, then you now have 5 more classes to fill in. However, on the same coin, you only can achieve level 10 at 20, and a lot of people don't run their game that high, so it's a lose/lose. I agree; I like alternately leveled ones. I also Detest those that have spell levels, for No reason. The Harper. He's a *spy and a scout* for god's sake. There's no reason why they'd Get magic. 'Oh, here's your badge, here's how you sneak, and this is how you cast invisibility'. Of course, I feel the same way about the Ranger, but that's another story... I didn't much care for most of the PrCs in DotF. Though, I thought the Picture of the Excorsist was cool, especially the one of the Dwarf. I like Roleplaying-spesific classes. The stuff with the 'Special' added in. Like the Blood Magus, where you have to have died before, and then raised. Or the Hunter of the Dead, that you've been drained by an undead. The Oozemaster would be neat, in having been reduced to 10 hps by an ooze, or studied one, or something. Not just 'develop these powers suddenly'. The ones with Style really make me smile, but then, they turn around and rape the character right in the back door. Prime example: The Blighter. COOL concept. However, the Blighter looses all class abilities with the Druid, can't cast spells, and gets basicly little compensation. Cool concept, bad delivery. I hate the True Necro due to it's entry requirements (It was summed up early why). The Fang of Lolth is dorky in it's powers, but the concept isn't as bad, IMHO. Ghostwalker's a nice concept (Heh, villains). Although I can see the little RP potential, I really dislike the Frenzied Berzerker.
