Leeches

Hi, i wanted to use some leeches in my upcoming game, but i cant find them in any of the books i have (i could just not be looking hard enough) So im curious how you all would run leeches? Thanks in advance for any replies.

I could have sworn I saw stats somewhere for a giant leeches in 3e, but can't remember for the life of me.

Upon further googling, Plot and Poison has stats for monstrous leeches of small through colossal sizes, but those are not the ones I'm thinking of.

And take a look in CC & CC2 they must have something like them....
