Was there part of the rules that you felt work better in true20 then d20?

Was there anything in the d20 version that just failed to translate to the True 20?

Which do you feel is a better fit for the material?

I thought both were a good fit for the rules though Id say if I had to pick, that True 20 is a better choice, because I changed very little mechanically.

This book is definitely rules-light, with the backgrounds and 5 feats encompassing the totality of the crunch.

For instance in the d20 version I created the nobility system to replace alignments. For the True 20 version, I felt that the system's Virtues and Vices system worked well enough, so no new rules were added.

Btw... I added a review copy to your RPGO account last night, so you should be able to take a look right now :)

I downloaded the copy and look forward to reading it. I'm working on a Werewolf book now (The Pure).

Not along the lines of this, but any chance of seeing Legends of Sorcery done using d20?

You mean True 20? I hadnt really considered that. I think I'd probably do it fairly differently, since the system already in place is basically skill based already (you are basically spending a feat to get a magical skill that is always maxed for your level).

I'm curious as to why you limited barbarian Favored Feats to first level only.

I like Banter. It's like Canny Dodge (Charisma). :)

I like the Warrior's Mount as well.

The layout is beautiful and from what I've read so far it looks like all the excellent flavor and advice is essentially unchanged. I am most pleased, sir. Thank you for your efforts.

Thanks for buying it and for the kind words :)

As for the Barbarian favored feats being restricted to 1st level, that's just poor wording that slipped through, treat it as a typo. No reason you couldn't take those feats later.

Thanks again for getting it, glad you like it

That's a lame mistake on my part, sorry. It should read +1 to attack and damage rolls against any character with the Code of Chivalry virtue.
