"You must forgive my friend's kurt manner, Master Groll. It is nice to meet you though I am sorry for the circumstances." Shiyana replies [OOC: keep in mind, if necessary, that Shiyana's Charisma is 16 - +20% loyalty, +25% reaction adj.]. Five or six ogres! she thinks to herself. She looks to Turthain and Odo, hoping their magics will be at their fullest before they face the monstrous brutes. Her own enchantments for the day, she fears, will be of little help. She is sure Camlin, her stalwart defender, is ready for anything. Shiyana is careful not to betray any of her concerns on her own face. She turns and smiles as sweetly and reassuringly as she can to the huddled goodwife and children, though includes Groll in her introduction. "I am called Shiyana. Turning back to the head of the hosuehold, Shiyana asks, "Can you tell us anything more? What direction they normally come from? Do they always come at night? What do they come for or want here? Anything you might tell us, Master Groll, would be useful." Shiyana wants to be sure to be able to formulate as much of a plan/strategy as possible. Again, she is careful to keep any of her building nerves from showing to these poor, obviously frightened, country folk.
