In the Temple of Bahamut, OOC Tarrk strikes out at a nearby Decrepit Skeleton, smashing the creature to bits! [sblock=Tarrk]As an added bonus, Tarrk's attack will hit a decrepit skeleton, but would have missed a Blazing Skeleton. ;) [/sblock] Basher7 wades through the piles of bones that used to be animated skeletons, and rushes to engage the Blazing Skeleton in the southern part of the room, smiting it heavily with his craghammer. [BS2 hp=53-23=30] Elerosse uses his wand to cast a magic missile at the same Blazing Skeleton, but his aim is off, and he misses. Then, an amazing thing happens! a shimmering vision of Bahamut the Platinum Dragon appears in the middle of the room and a soft glow of amber light extends from the "vision" first to Tarrk, who is instantly invigorated (The Minotaur Barbarian is miraculously healed of 42 hp of damage), and then to Basher7 and Elerosse simultaneously (Basher7 is healed of 20 hp damage and Elerosse is healed of 18 hp damage). The "vision" of Bahamut then flicks its tail rapidly, and two showers of lightning are emitted from it, reducing the two blazing skeletons to piles of dust. The only enemies that remain are the two decrepit skeletons near Tarrk (BE120 & BF121). [NOTE: PCS MUST SPEND EXACTLY ZERO HEALING SURGES TO RECEIVE THIS HEALING!] [ALSO NOTE THAT ANY EXCESS HIT POINTS -HEALING ABOVE DAMAGE TAKEN- ARE ADDED AS TEMPORARY HP.] Then, a vision of a monk praying appears. As you look more closely at the monk, the form of Bahamut the Platinum Dragon takes on an insubstantial quality and begins to fade. As it does so, the form of the praying monk becomes more vibrant and real. (Location: BD124)
