The player of the githyanki was still on holiday, but everyone else showed up. This one was another session entirely taken up by plotting and logistics. First up, by a particularly convoluted bit of rules lawyering, they worked on setting up a route they could use to get from the astral island to the prime material. Since extradimensional spaces are technically in the astral plane (hence bags of holding and the like ceasing to work when you go there, and things getting messy if you put one inside another) if they put a teleportation circle inside one, they could use it to get to another linked one of the astral island even through the psychic storm. This took several days of finagling from Karluth and the team's spellcasters, and some lucky plane shift & teleport rolls to have the circle arrive safely on the prime material, then teleport it to the Kadtanach, which was obviously not in the same place they left it. They found it busily wrecking L'trel, which is an easy one to use for this purpose because it's half-burned down in the default adventure set there. The werewolves were somewhat surprised to see them just pop in after more than a month away, but having seen what they were capable of before (and they're now considerably more blinged out with various magical powers) they weren't inclined to fight them for dominance at the moment, particularly after being reunited with their family members who had been trapped in the gems and actually seen Tu'narath. Speaking of which, while most of the team were busy with that, the sniper & binder (the two who have shielding from mind-reading as constant powers so their change in loyalty is least likely to be found out) headed back to Tu'narath to do the shopping for the rest of the party. They found that the place had been attacked by a group of high level adventurers who were obviously aware that something was up. While overall damage was light, the fact that they'd faced consequences at home at all for their colonial actions had set the whole place on edge and further accelerated the war movement, resulting in a particularly lengthy and unpleasant customs process for our PC's.
