D&D 5E Level 2 Human: Seeing in dark

Excellent bunch of information. My DM is fine with Goggles of Night, however it looks like that may not matter anymore.

My session last night. While hiding in the woods while my team handled a bunch of skeletons, my rogue was put to sleep and then kidnapped by a hag. The hag left an illusion behind to make it look like he was still there hiding. The DM informed me after everyone left that I may not be able to be saved by my team. If they successfully track the hag, they may walk in on my rogue being filleted and turned into a skeleton.

Soooo....looks like it's time to roll a new one!

Two levels. You don't get any invocations at 1st level.

My suggestion would be to start asking around (in character) for a line on some goggles of night. Talk to wizards, sages, and other people likely to have knowledge of the arcane. Try to get some hints about where you could find such an item. This is your best option IMO, assuming you don't want to blow multiple levels on multi-classing just so you can see in the dark.
My bad, you're right!
