So, altogether I'd say give 'em a Level Adjustment of +5, give or take 1 point. Though, I'd suggest that you might ignore part of the Level Adjustment in exchange for incurring an EXP penalty, so it'll be less of an immediate hindrance to advancement. For each point of LA you replace, give a 10% EXP penalty, possibly 12% per point of LA. It comes out to about the same amount of EXP, but is less up-front penalizing.
Well, Divine Rank 0 grants...... The outsider type (with all that includes)...... Maximum hit points from each hit die gained henceforth..... Base land speed boosted to 60 feet if Medium-sized.... A deflection bonus to AC equal to their Charisma modifier if positive.... Immunity to polymorphing, petrification, and any other effect that alters their form, except their own form-altering abilities and such effects from deities of higher Divine Rank.... Immunity to energy drain, ability damage, and ability drain, except from deities of higher Rank... Immunity to mind-affecting effects (such as charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects), except from deities of higher Rank.... Damage Reduction 35/+4.... (in 3.5 it's probably 35/magic)..... Fire Resistance 20... Spell Resistance 32.... Immortality (doesn't age, eat, drink, sleep, or breathe). I'd say the resistances, damage reduction, and immortality are probably around +1 LA for a high-level character (who won't often really benefit from the DR anyway, since practically everything they'll fight uses magic weaponry or magic-like natural weapons). The immunities are equivalent to +3 LA I'd venture; the mind-affecting and drain immunities are significant. The rest is worth perhaps another +1 or +2 LA.
