Starting a recuritment drive for players and DMs to help in LEW(3.5). Players: As a Living World everyone on these boards should be excited to have at least one character playing in LEW. I mean your characters exploits will be remembered by other players and told to still other players as the years go on. "Yeah back in The Last Lady adventure HolyMan had his character jump threw a window and out into the harbor, because he was on fire. That was like two years ago." Also you can not only adventure but what if your character wanted to be a merchant? or high priest? I'm not sure but it could be possible to retire your character to their chosen fields and let them be NPCed by DM's in a new game you are playing in, giving that character so much more life. Or what if you found the only Staff of The Magi in all the world won't that be something to brag about to everyone else. All I'm saying that as a player who wants to role play and watch a character grow in both power and personality there is no better place than in LEW. DM's: Are your 3.5 books collecting dust? Is there a module you wish you got to play or a monster you wish you got to see in combat, but it never happened. LEW is an outlet for all of those things and more. It's simple you want to run a one-shot, or quick adventure but your current campaign is far from being in a postion to do it. But that DM ith is there (trust me I know) then bring your adventure ideal to LEW and play it out. O.k. my salesman face is off :p to be serious LEW needs Players and DM's so if you have an ideal on a character or adventure. I'm sure the judges would love to here from you.
