[QUOTE="Gansk, post: 3094973, member: 16383"] I did not forget to roll saves vs. repel evil this time, trust me. I wanted the dragon to fail so I wouldn't have to roll his spells. ;) But we are now at the point where it takes a natural 1 to fail the save (at least in this case). Frightful Presence can victimize anyone who observes an attack by dragon, regardless of the plane. LM was immune to several dragons because her vision into the Prime Material is limited to 60 feet, so she didn't see a lot of the action that occurred. I pretty much have to go with Mippadon on this one. The best compromise I can make for omitting the frightened condition in the rules is to change panicked to frightened with regards to victims accidentally trying to tap out on the wrong side of the arena, then allow the panicked condition to be similar to confusion, where the victim does not remember how to tap out at all. I'll be happy to do that in the spirit of nerfing fear a little bit more in the TBoAA, but it won't help LM because she will be running toward the correct side of the arena. Does that sound fair?
