Libris Mortis: Summoning Large Zombies?

The spell summon undead III allows the caster to summon a Large zombie.

What are the stats of this zombie? Surely the caster doesn't get to choose which Large creature gets the zombie template applied?

That's a well known problem with the Summon Undead spells. They were not updated for 3.5 - TWICE! The Player's Guide to Faerûn errata suggests that the summoned undead cannot have more HD than the caster level +1.
