Light Armour Property?

I seem to recall seeing a magical armour property that reduced an armour's category by one step (i.e., from heavy to medium or medium to light). I'm 99% sure it was a WotC book.

Does anyone know what book this is from?

Could it have been mithral? It does that for mostly metal armours.

Otherwise, I can't think of a magical ability.

Paradigm Concepts has an armor enhancement called "Grace" that makes armor lighter, it's in their Forged in Magic II book, I believe.

I do not know that, but in a PbF (ezboard/worldofgreyhawk) where I play, my rogue has a leather armor with the "easy traveling" property. Thisis not exactly what you ask for, but it might be what you need ;-)
