His significance is who he knows, what he can do, and the forces he commands. </p><p></p><p>Of course this will vary a lot depending on your play style and such. A really optimized team of PCs may not find monsters less than solos stick around long enough to really impact the encounter enough.</p></blockquote><p></p>
