List of feats

i know this is asking a lot but does anyone know where i can get a comprehensive list of feats from all wotc books, core and supplemental. included in this list should be specific effects such as "grants +x bonus to y"

thanks but neither one of those list specific effects of feats.i'm looking for a list that gives a consolidated list of feats, their sourcebook and exactly what they do in game terms.
example: power attack lets you trade your base attack bonus for damage up to +5
not: power attack gives you extra attack power.

anyone know of such a list?
