I thought in the PHB it listed the minuses to Listen checks if a player is sleeping... but I seem completely unable to find them . Anyone know where they may be found? Thanks guys!
3.5 PH, page 79, last sentence of the Listen skill. It's a Listen check at -10. If you succeed, you're awake. Note that the Listen check DC for battle is -10.
Look at the Listen skill, under "Special", last line: "A sleeping character may make Listen checks at a -10 penalty. A sucessful check awakens the listener"
I pity those poor Epic characters that can´t sleep because of all the noise of those walking cats and growing grass.
