No, not officially.
- There's a listen DC for hearing combat on DMG p. 93, DC -10.
- The Sage recommended Listen penalties for sleeping, say -10 or -20 (I use -10 for deep sleep myself).
It's a common DM choice to put these together for a Listen check to wake up.
