I think the real point James was trying to make is that when it comes to publishing adventures set in Golarion, Paizo has not made that an open content free-for-all.This is especially so, as when it comes to publishing short adventures set in Golarion, Paizo has made a rather dedicated move to supporting that sort of thing at three levels: The 96 page monthly AP; the bi-monthly publication of 32 page modules; and the monthly release of TWO Pathfinder Society Scenarios EVERY month.  That's a helluva lot of Golarion adventures. Through to the end of 2010, about 5,750 pages of Golarion adventures published by Paizo, actually.They want to be able to continue to sell the smallest of those adventures, that PFS Scenarios at a rate approaching at least a breakeven point -- and if at all possible -- at a profit.That would be more difficult to do if there was a competing source of free .pdf adventures set in Golarion on a regular publication schedule on some other website. I'm not sure a dynamic wiki changes that conclusion - but I'm not Paizo and I don't know exactly what you are planning here. Mayb it is compatible? *shrug*I'm also quite sure that Pathfinder Society Scenarios primarily  serve other goals that Paizo has as well, including:(1) Networking between new players; (2)building brand loyalty; (3) recruiting existing RPG players into the Pathfinder system (4) increase sales of Paizo products at the FLGS (5) recruiting and developing new adventure authors. If what you are proposing in this thread does not interfere with this at all - then Paizo would presumably be less hostile and perhaps, might even be supportive.So what is it that Living Pathfinder is that PFS isn't? Can you help me out on describing what you mean a little more clearly? Is it just a wiki that decribes what happened in "X" land, as depicted in "Y" product, that others now need to take into account when running their own adventures set in LPF?</blockquote>
