Supplements featuring locales offer the best of both worlds--background fluff along with NPC/monster/area crunch. I'm aware of MEG's Foul Locales books but what other products are out featuring locations? What do you look for in a location book? And finally, which one book is your favorite and why?

I love the foul locales. Atlas has 7 civilizations that I haven't seen , sacred ground one and two that are both fantastic, and their En Routes sort of qaulafy by there more encounters then places. It wquld be tough to pick a favorite, but the Sacred Grounds I have used extensively in my game to good results.

Just get the document d100-city-buildings which link you will find in my signature. It's a cooperative work done by the Enworld community and is available for free.
