Most definately it is. As I said, soon as I can get some plastic (ie: Credit Card) and set up a Paypal account, I'm going to join the 'membership' or whatever it's called. And yes, I do have Notepad on this machine, but it strikes me as a bit odd that I should have to use it to write-up replies to a message board, especialy since it doesn't have a spellcheck feature. And most of my replies are done in time, it's just an occational post that slips over the limit. Thus I haven't gotten into the habbit of using 'copy' to save them just in case. Another point in favor of the increase, Story Hour readers will no doubt appreciate it. This would be especially true when catching up on some of the stories. Reading those long posts often times goes over the limit, and this can result in your timing out. Once that happens you go to the default 'posts per page', which throws things off when trying to keep straight what you have and havn't read yet because what post is on what page is altered if you're not using the defaults yourself. I have cable and like to use much bigger 'posts per page' settings, and that really gets things mixxed up when I time out. Over-all just minor irritants, but I figure it can't help to ask about getting the time limit extended. And it might even help persuade people to sign-on if it meant you dind't have to worry about getting 'dropped' while reading or posting a long reply. Thanks again, Morrus, for at least looking into this. Hatchling Dragon
