Having been chatting with randomling about this, it's being put back to sometime in October, since at the moment there is no venue! Plus, we haven't really been advertising it or anything, so it'd be short notice to announce it for the middle of September.

It's still (allegedly) on, though, and once randomling sorts out a venue and sets a date, we're hoping for some good attendance from people! So keep it in mind.

BTW, if anyone does know a good pub in central london (ish) that would enjoy housing a party of gamers one saturday in October, we'd be very happy to hear from you.

There's a pub near my place in the Paddington/Lancaster Gate area with a couple of upstairs rooms that might do the trick. Neither is perfect however. One is not very well lit and has small tables but is quite atmospheric - think Victorian library. The other is probably too big. Also, neither is free. I can't remember how much they are but we'd all need to chip in a small amount. We'd also need to book well in advance.

I was sort of doubting, but with a new job (corporate drone) and still no place (aargh, living with parents is cheap but annoying), I have my hands full.
