Turn to page 134 (MM3)now you will find yourself looking at the "Rakshasa, Ak'Chazar" now look at his hands...how could they let this picture in their book?I mean did they even look at it before they put it there?Anyways turn the page (page 136)and look at the "Rakshasa, Naztharune" its hands don't seem to be right either...is there something i'm missing?

Rakshasas have their hands backwards, yes. They've always been this way.

Yup, the entry in the Monster Manual devotes a short paragraph to describing the hands of a Rakshasa, and how disturbing they look. In turn, this makes the picture in the MM appear to be incorrect...
