Looking for a d20 monster - Flayed Horror

My memory is going - fast. I'm trying to recall the sourcebook where I saw the stats for the Flayed Horror - basically an undead zombie with the skin flayed off. I believe it may have been in a Goodman Games product, perhaps a DCC module, but I can't remember which one (or if I'm even in the right ballpark). Does anyone know what product I can find the stats for this monster? I've tried Google but I'm coming up empty. I believe it was from the 3e/3.5e era, but it could be Pathfinder too, maybe?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

Sounds familiar. Maybe something from the Scarred Lands? Or I'd try the Tome(s) of Horror by Necromancer Games.

Don't remember where it was, but it is in Blackdirge's Dungeon Denizens (4E) which collects monsters from the DCC's.

Thanks for the suggestions. I took a look at my Tome of Horrors Revised (3.5e version) and it wasn't in there - I own the original 3e ToH too but never picked up the other volumes (II and III I believe). I also went through all my Monster Geographica books, The Complete Book of Denizens (for Avadnu) and the Green Ronin Advance Bestiary. I'm 100% certain it's from a 3PP product and not WotC or Paizo. I even searched through the Grand OGL Wiki but no luck.

I see there's an older 3.5e version of Blackdirge's up at RPGNow too...

And found it! It's in DCC #29 The Adventure Begins, specifically the Mage Maze adventure in that compilation and fully written up in Appendix I: New Monsters.
