Looking for a feat

I heard of a feat that allows an archer to have his killing shot pierce through and exit anywhere in a cone behind the target.
Like cleave but at range. Does aanyone know the source of this feat? Can you point me to it?

This has shown up a couple of places.

EN Publishing's Three Arrows for the King is the place I most recently remember seeing it, though I forget the exact name right now (Penetrating Shot, I think?).

I'm trying to get my DM to allow it but if I can't find it then I can't even present it to him.

I know of a feat like this in AEG War (or it might be in AEG Mercenaries, but I'm pretty sure it was War). It allows cleave for a bow, but only in a straight line.

In Plot & Poison the drow book by green ronin.......they have pierce and great pierce..I believe that is the name...

anyway that is where ya wanna look.....great book by the way
