Looking for a feat...

I am trying to locate a feat that allows a cleric to spontaneously channel both positive and negative energy. I'm not sure of the details- that's why I'm looking it up. I hope/think it allows a cleric who rebukes undead to spontaneously cast cure spells.

It's a feat either by Sean K. Reynolds, or Monte Cook, or Andy Collins. Anyone know of anything like this?
