Looking for Altenative Exp System

I cant remember the name of the website but I do remember that i was on a 4thed thread talking about different RPG systems to play instead of 4thed and someones signature had a link Custom alternative experience reward system(s). Essentially it had these role playing traits. You picked them out during character creation and you got "exp marks" ( I forget the name of the currency, it might have been points.) Depending on how well you role play your trait you'd get a set amount. If you went completely against one trait it was allowed but you could never get exp from from that trait again.

DOes anyone know the name or the link to the site. Or any other system thats similar to what I described?

Possibly identical systems. The first is by the original author, the second a variant for a specific campaign.

I've used this system for d20 Conan which does not use the standard CR/EL awards system. Worked fine as a augmentation to the arbitrary awards I provided.

Great ideas there. Thanks for posting them. I like how it can be used for more than one system, and can reward roleplaying by the player, not by what the GM thinks should be rewarded.
