Looking for an older module generator...

Some time ago there was a web based module generator that put together the outline of a module (complete with locations and "problem X" and "solution X" locations) after being given some basic information. It also generated enough encounters in the module to level a party of 4, but it didn't map - just created module entries in a fill-in-the-blanks format. I lost the URL to this site (actually had it saved to my hdd but it got wiped) and was wondering if anyone remembers it and knows where I could find it again?
