Hi, that was me who posted those (although most of the events were made up by someone else). My group tried using them over several sessions, but it seemed like too much work and hardly anyone ever remembered to play their event. We ended up switching to Spycraft's Action Dice and nobody forgets to play those when bad things happen, LOL. I had a D&D conversion of Action Dice here in House Rules or in d20 Games awhile back.
They were good, but the method to use them wasn't. I tried to assign panache points to them, but it was too much work without help. Frankly i think it would be perfect.
Since these were initially posted my group has used them with a few we have made up ourselves. We printed them out and pasted them on 3X5 index cards. But when our old DM had to relocated to Chicago then I needed to remake the cards.
At first ppl forgot to play them but lately they have been played more often than not. They add a little flavor and variety, and give the PCs options that they normally wouldn;t get on a totally random basis. I love em
You're welcome! I'm always happy to hear when my posts help out other gamers, and especially when others adopt my house rules. Makes me feel useful, LOL.
