D&D 5E Looking for clarification on a thing in the DMG

In the Underwater section of the dmg there is a table for when the PC spots a creature,and at what range. It lists various water and light conditions, and ranges, but it says "Creature size" above it without listing creature sizes. I am guessing this is a typo of some sort, or am I missing something?

Yeah, it looks to me like instead of Creature Size it should say something like "Water Condition." Maybe someone just grabbed a previously used table to fill with different info and forgot to change that header???
