Looking for help -- Spellscale enlightened fist

I have a spellscale enlightened fist mostly planned out, but I'm looking for suggestions in a few areas: spell selection, feat selection, and what class levels to take after 15th. I also have a few rules questions at the end of the post.

For spell selection, the character is taking a voluntary restriction against any spells that fundamentally alter his form (alter self, polymorph, etc.). He's also focusing on spells that are either personal enhancement, personal defense, or touch attack spells (including rays, due to the hold ray enlightened fist ability). Also, anything dragon-themed is a bonus.

The build, up to 15th level, is:

Monk 1 / Sorcerer 4 (PHBII metamagic specialist) / Enlightened Fist 10

Stats (28 point buy) after racial adjustments:

Str 14
Dex 14
Con 12
Int 10
Wis 10
Cha 16

All stat increases go into Cha.

Feats:
1 Combat Casting
1 Improved Unarmed Strike (monk bonus feat)
1 Stunning Fist (monk bonus feat)
3 Practiced Spellcaster
6 Ascetic Mage
9 Extend Spell
12 Snap Kick (Bo9S)
15 Superior Unarmed Strike (Bo9S)

Spells up through 15th level (spells known as a 12th-level sorcerer), in the order taken:

Level 1:
Mage Armor
Shocking Grasp
Blood Wind
Shield
Enlarge Person

Level 2:
Bladeweave
Wraithstrike
Combust
Wings of Cover (RotD)
See Invisibility

Level 3:
Greater Mighty Wallop (RotD)
Dragonskin
Greater Magic Weapon
Greater Mage Armor

Level 4:
Flight of the Dragon
Greater Mirror Image (PHBII)
Voice of the Dragon

Level 5:
Greater Blink
Teleport

Level 6:
Disintegrate

I don't have gear worked out in detail, but key items would be boots of speed, a monk's belt, plus stat-, save-, and AC-boosting gear.

The general idea is to deal huge amounts of base damage by combining the monk's unarmed strike with greater mighty wallop, while wraithstrike lets him hit despite horrible attack bonuses. Combust and later distintegrate can also be added to a full attack via arcane fist.

AC can also be fairly high with the monk's AC bonus, greater mage armor, dragonskin, and shield (plus dex and gear). Not being able to use alter self for natural armor definitely hurts here, though.

Clearly this guy is going to be buffed all to hell, so dispel magic will be a big threat. Greater mirror image, greater blink, and wings of cover are the main defenses against that, along with buffer spells to protect against area dispels. I'm a little leery of trying to protect against dispel magic by piling on even more buffs, though -- any better suggestions?

Finally, a few rules questions:

Can you deliver a touch spell via the attacks granted by Blood Wind?

Does Snap Kick grant an extra unarmed strike when making an attack of opportunity?

How does blinking interact with mirror image? Do the images appear to blink along with the character? Do they actually go ethereal, so that attacks against them suffer the 50% miss chance from blinking?

What's the damage when you increase a 2d10 medium weapon to colossal size? Would it be 2x what a 1d10 medium weapon (bastard sword) deals at colossal size, meaning 12d8, or is there some other way of calculating it?
